It has been an exciting year, allowing us to welcome the New Year by setting goals or resolutions for ourselves. Whether you do or do not set resolutions, it is good to set goals for yourself. On December 14, 2022 a warrant was issued for Clifford Lacefield with a bond amount of $500,000. According to the probable cause statement completed by Detective Joe Taylor, Lacefield had previously been accused of sexual assault in 2018, however new evidence that was submitted to the detective in November of 2022 ultimately lead to the warrant. more

All through the town, Mrs. Jo Jones' bus wheels went round and round. For 33 years, she ensured Marshfield R-1 school district students safely made it to their destinations. After all this time, Jones decided to hang up the keys and drove her bus one last time on Wednesday, Dec 21, 2022. more
