They hold classes and workshops year-round where readers can discover a wide range of skills, including how to feed cattle when food is scarce, can vegetables from gardens, or even paint a barn sign. more
Every year, the Missouri Farmers Care Foundation and Missouri 4-H collaborate to educate and raise public awareness of food insecurity in families. To bring that awareness, 4-H clubs all around the state participate in a competition called 4-H Feeding Missouri every spring. The competition includes food drives, collecting donations, and volunteering in local food pantries. Between community service and friendly competitions, this partnership helps combat hunger statewide. more
