Veteran’s Day this year falls on a weekend, but that will not stop the local school districts from honoring those living and past who answered the call to serve our country. Here is what to expect leading up to Veteran’s Day.
Nov. 9
Conway High School

Breakfast will start at 8:30 a.m., then hold an assembly at 10 a.m.
Nov. 10
Strafford High School

There will be a flag ceremony at 8:15 a.m. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. The school will then have a program starting at 9:30 a.m. and finish with a parade at 10:30 a.m.
Logan-Rogersville Middle School

Breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m., and a recognition program will follow at 10 a.m.
Marshfield High School

An assembly will be held at 10 a.m. Afterward, the FFA will host lunch for the veterans.
Niangua Schools
301 Rumsey St, Niangua. 417-473-6101
The school will hold an assembly starting at 1 p.m.
