The last surviving witness to Germany’s surrender in World War II, Mr. Luciano “Louis” Charles Graziano, has visited Webster County to share his story with those in attendance of the Annual Missouri Cherry Blossom Festival in Marshfield. He has participated in the festival numerous times and has witnessed one of the most pivotal moments in our nation’s history. A moment he has spent the latter part of his life sharing with others as he tours the country for events.
