Mason Atkinson represented Conway in the Missouri National Archery in the Schools Program (MoNASP) state tournament presented by Bass Pro Shops in March at the Branson Convention Center.
Since 2008, MoNASP has grown to over 800 participating schools and over a quarter million Missouri students grades 4-12.
Atkinson ended up on the podium for both 3-D and bullseye. He will represent Conway at the National Tournament series, which kicks off later this month. The Western National Tournament will be held at the Mountain America Center in Sandy, Utah on April 26-27, followed by the Eastern National Tournament at the Mountain Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky on May 9-11.
Top male and female individual winners from the combined results of both national tournaments will again compete for the NASP Scholarship Shoot-Off to be held at the end of the June Championship Tournament.
