Banning resurfacing close to completion

The resurfacing of Banning Street from Spur Drive to Hubble Drive has begun with crews fighting the weather to finish the two-day process. According to City Administrator Sam Rost, the resurfacing project should be completed by the end of the week. Crews will also be resurfacing the intersection of Elm Street and Hubble Drive at this time. Drivers can expect delays along Banning and Hubble Drive  during this construction.
