The Mail continues its Missouri Cherry Blossom Festival in Marshfield coverage with a story of a special experience for local students last week. On April 24, over 400 elementary children were able to meet eight famous Missourians in the "Famous Missourian Living Museum" as part of the Cherry Blossom Festival.  more
The 4th annual St. Jude Truck and Tractor Pulls went off without a hitch over the weekend, held at the Webster County Fairgrounds in Marshfield Friday and Saturday, May 2-3. Spectators and pullers traveled for miles to attend the event. All workers were volunteers, allowing pull founder Jake Thornton to donate the entirety of the proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. more

The Cherry Blossom Festival Auxiliary met for its monthly meeting on Saturday, April 13th at the Webster County Extension Office. President Jeanette Alcorn called the meeting to order, and Joyce Inman opened the meeting in prayer, and Jill Campbell (Secretary) read the March meeting minutes. Rachel Andrews (Treasurer) presented the monthly treasurer's report.
