For default in the payment of debt secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Rural Clean Energy LLC, dated June 22, 2021 recorded in Book 2021 page 4539 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Webster County, Missouri, at Marshfield, Missouri, the undersigned Brian K. Asberry, Successor Trustee, will on June 17, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the East Door of the Webster County Courthouse, Marshfield, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property located in Webster County, Missouri:
