Rogersville Chamber recognizing excellence

Winning the 2023 Community Choice Award, presented by the Rogersville Area Chamber of Commerce, was JNM Reality. "We are honored to be a part of the Rogersville community and to continue to grow our business locally. Thank you to the community for the votes," said JNM.

Every year, the Rogersville Area Chamber of Commerce gives awards to the best business in the area. This year, the Chamber decided to expand by offering two more awards alongside the Business of the Year; the Community Choice and Heart of Gold awards. The winners were announced on the Rogersville Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook Page earlier this month.

The first winner announced was Business of the Year. Winning this award means that a business shows exceptional leadership. They are dedicated to the quality of their work and have a thoughtful, positive influence on the community. The award also recognizes companies that inspire others through their contributions, driving industrial development, improving employment opportunities, and embodying community trust and corporate responsibility.

Craig's Automotive won the 2023 Business of the Year.

The next winner announced was the first-ever winner of The Community Choice Business Award.

The award serves as a celebration of the thoughtful impact a business makes by earning the trust, respect, and admiration of the Rogersville community. Voted upon by the residents, the award signifies success in commerce and an unwavering commitment to understanding and serving the community. It symbolizes the synergy between exceptional service and a genuine dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of those who call the Rogersville community home.

Earning the 2023 Community Choice Business award was JNM Realty Group.

The final winner announced was the first-ever Heart of Gold Award. This award recognizes an individual who displays generosity, commitment, unity, and positivity, which affects the many lives of those in Rogersville. The award also serves to inspire everyone to give more for the prosperity of the community's future.

The 2023 Heart of Goal Award went to Larry Woolf, a Rogersville resident who can be seen throughout the city voluntarily picking up trash.
