The Webster County University of Missouri Extension is offering a salsa making class.
Whether you are new to canning or just need a refresher on something you have been doing for years, this class is for you. The 3-hour interactive class will provide participants with hands-on experience in making tomato salsa. Everyone will leave with a jar of salsa.
This workshop will help you safely and efficiently preserve foods.
