The next event from the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce is set for Tuesday, Aug. 15 at Las Cazuelas Mexican restaurant, located at 104 Wilson Way, Marshfield.
“Taco Tuesday Talk is a daytime networking event, it will be next week at 11:45 Tuesday and the cost is $15 per person,” said Chamber Coordinator Rachel Andrews. “We encourage chamber partners, as well as non-chamber partners to come to this event.”
In addition to a taco bar, Marshfield Superintendent Mike Henry will present an opportunity for chamber partners to get involved with the school.
“A lot of our chamber partners are interested in the chamber health insurance plan because it saves them money, so Crowley Insurance will speak for a few minutes as well,” Andrews added. “One of our partners joined the chamber just so they could have the health insurance. It saved them over $1,000 a month.”
With under a week away, the networking event has already registered 15 people and Andrews expects a full house.
“This is a great opportunity to get to know more faces in the Marshfield area,” Andrews said. “These networking events have been awesome for strengthening existing relationships and forming new connections. We hope to see everyone there.”
