NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Polk County, Missouri is requesting qualifications (RFQ) from Brokers to provide professional Insurance Brokerage (Agent of Record) Services for Polk County, Missouri in various commercial markets including but not limited to health insurance benefits for approximately 110 Polk County employees, as well as other required areas not specifically listed here.
A complete copy of this RFQ will be available in the County Clerk's Office. All questions concerning this RFQ shall be submitted by email or in written form to clerk@polkcountymo.

Sealed bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2024, in the County Commission's Office. Qualifications must be submitted before this deadline to Polk County Clerk, 102 E Broadway St, Rm 11, Bolivar, MO.
