The Marshfield Chamber of Commerce is set to host its first networking event of the year on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. The event will take place at Las Cazuelas, located at 104 Wilson Way, Marshfield, starting at 11:45 AM. The 2025 newroking series will continue what started last year, offering new opportunities to learn, grow your business and meet new people.
“We are continuing the networking events for 2025 and this will be our first one of the year,” said Chamber Director Rachel Andrews. “We will welcome Dawnie, from APlus Payroll, who is our newest chamber member.”
The gathering will provide local business professionals an opportunity to connect and network in a casual setting while enjoying lunch. Both Chamber members and non-members are welcome to attend.
One of the highlights of the event will be a presentation by Dawnie (Phelps) McNamee, from APlus Payroll, who will speak on recent changes in business and payroll laws that may affect local companies in 2025. D.’s talk will provide valuable insights for business owners and managers navigating new regulations.
Attendees will also receive a preview of a new Chamber initiative: Good Morning Marshfield, a weekly live show set to debut on January 23. The show will aim to provide regular updates on local business and community news.
The event will be a chance for community members to meet, exchange ideas, and learn about the Chamber’s plans for the year ahead.
