The Webster County Extension Council proudly announces the graduation of the inaugural class of the Leadership Marshfield program, a seven-month initiative aimed at developing future leaders in Marshfield and surrounding areas. The first cohort includes the following dedicated individuals; Mallory Barnes, Deborah Reece, and Kelsey Ragsdale, Leah Shelby, Al Berry, Jennifer Steen, Melissa Mall, Rebecca Lawrence, James McConnell, Kathryn McConnell and Aubren Dudley. These participants have acquired essential leadership skills to drive community impact and development. The program was funded by member businesses including Webster Electric, The Seymour Bank, City of Marshfield, Tyler Pipe, Southern Bank, Marshfield Chamber of Commerce, Donco 3 and the Dickey House. Leadership Marshfield addresses the critical need for leaders, board members and innovators within the community by offering a comprehensive curriculum that explores various sectors like commerce, healthcare, and local government.
