Health Unit announces COVID-19 – Flu Vaccine Clinic

In an attempt to protect the residents of Webster County over the coming holiday season, the Webster County Health Unit will be hosting an Influenza (seasonal flu) and COVID-19 vaccine clinic at its Marshfield office. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), in 2023, more than 900,000 people were hospitalized due to COVID-19 and more than 75,000 people died from the disease. During the 2023-2024 flu season, more than 44,000 people are estimated to have died from flu complications.
