Don't miss the 21st Annual Truck and Tractor Pull by local Lions Club

Posted

Engines will roar and dirt will fly as the Marshfield Lions Club presents its 21st Annual Truck and Tractor Pull on Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Webster County Fairgrounds. The action kicks off at 7 p.m. and will feature all SMTTPA-sanctioned classes.

This year’s event will pay tribute to two local legends of the pulling community: Sam Easterly (1953–2016) and Fred Replogle (1952–2021). Both men left lasting marks on the sport and on the Marshfield community, and their memory will be honored throughout the evening.

Sponsored by dozens of local businesses, the pull continues a long tradition of community support, entertainment, and competition. Proceeds from the event benefit Lions Club service projects, which fund programs and initiatives in the Marshfield area.

Organizers expect a strong turnout of competitors and fans alike. “It’s a community tradition that brings people together for an exciting night while also helping us give back locally,” said event coordinator Kevin Cantrell.

The event will feature a variety of trucks and tractors showcasing power and skill as they battle down the track. Fans can expect an evening of family-friendly fun, with plenty of opportunities to cheer on their favorite drivers.

The Webster County Fairgrounds are located in Marshfield, and admission will be available at the gate. For more information, contact Kevin Cantrell at 417-880-2870.
