Posted

The Fordland Clinic was one of several organizations recognized by the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame for their philanthropy at the Highland Springs Country Club in Springfield on Tuesday, Nov. 28.

Each summer, these businesses come together with Price Cutter and the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame to sell sweepstakes and tickets for the Price Cutter Charity Championship. Over a million dollars were raised at this year’s tournament, with all the benefits going back to the organizations who helped sell the golf tournament.

The Fordland Clinic runs a program that assists school-aged children receive care. The clinic has raised over $4,000 to help fund this program through the Price Cutter Charity Championship.

“We use the money to help provide health care and other services to children in the area,” said CEO David Steinmann. “It’s for the kids.”

The Fordland Clinic prides itself on patient-centered health care. From family practice to dental, the Fordland Clinic has been providing services for years with locations in Fordland, Kimberling City, and Springfield.
