Starvy Creek Bluegrass Festivals CONTINUES

Posted

The following is a statement from the Day family:

On October 10, 2022, we announced the closing of the Starvy Creek Bluegrass Festivals after much discussion and prayer. After 37 years, we knew it was time for us to step back and slow down.

Today, we are excited to announce that the Starvy Creek Bluegrass Festivals will CONTINUE under the management of McDaris Music Festivals, LLC. Aaron & Amy McDaris live in Hartville, MO with their two children, Ethan & Katie. Aaron has been the banjo player with Rhonda Vincent & The Rage for many years and brings immeasurable experience and bluegrass expertise to Starvy Creek!

Aaron and Amy will continue with festivals twice a year with a slight change to the July festival dates. For 2023, the dates are: July 6,7,8 and September 14,15,16.

We, the Day family, are thrilled the festivals will continue. Fans can expect the same high-quality entertainment under the new leadership. Watch social media and our website in the next few weeks to find out what is in store for SCBF.

Blessings,

The Day Family AND The McDaris Family
