Posted

The Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce hosted it’s first networking event of 2023 Thursday, Feb. 23 at the Marshfield Chevrolet showroom. Dozens gathered for the “Alive After Five” evening of conversation, dinner catered by Las Cazuelas, and the welcoming of The Growth Coach to the Chamber.

“Marshfield Chevrolet was a wonderful host, and Las Cazuelas provided a delicious taco bar,” said Chamber Coordinator Rachel Andrews. “We’re excited to have The Growth Coach join us after years of service and experience in this area.”

The Growth Coach is a certified business coaching company that aims to help businesses discover the most efficient ways to manage a business or one’s life by guiding them through the process.

“Our goal is to help people and businesses to find their “why,” said Rob Jones, of The Growth Coach. “I’m excited to continue helping others in this area achieve their business goals.”

The event featured a ribbon cutting and short speech from Jones, a presentation from Croley Insurance and Financial about group health insurance through being a chamber partner and a door prize giveaway featuring baskets from numerous chamber partners including Ruth’s Flowers and Gifts, Grass Roots Garden Center, Goodman Manufacturing Company, Rob Jones and The Growth Coach, Marshfield Optimist Club, Prickly Cactus Coffee, and Lisa’s Homemade Eats & Treats. Boat Town Brewing, of Lebanon, provided sangria and draft beer in addition to iced coffees served by Rise Coffee Co. at the event, which featured a social hour for networking amongst attendees.
