Webster hosts Halloween celebration

Posted

Webster Elementary students celebrated Halloween on their last day of classes last week, Oct. 28. The school Halloween parade looked a little different this year, due to weather. Students were split and second graders gathered in the gym while third graders prepped to trick or treat in the cafeteria.

“This is the last chance these [third grade] kids get to do something like this for Halloween at school,” said school counselor and blue crayon, Julie Manary. “They have parties at Shook, but the kids don’t wear costumes.”

Each class took turns parading the halls and trick or treating in the most socially distanced way possible.
