November Networking thrives at The Depot

Posted

The Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce November Networking event, held Wednesday, Nov. 13, at The Depot in Marshfield, was a resounding success, bringing together local businesses and community members for a day of valuable insights, new partnerships, and delicious food.

The event kicked off with a presentation from Kelli of Croley Insurance and Financial, who shared important information about the Chamber Health Insurance Plan. Kelli’s talk provided Chamber members with valuable insights into healthcare options that could benefit their businesses, helping them explore new avenues for employee health coverage.

"We were thrilled to have Kelli join us and offer such a helpful and informative session," said Chamber Director Rachel Andrews. "Her expertise is something many of our members found invaluable as they look for the best solutions for their businesses."

Another highlight of the event was the welcoming of Creative 417 into the Chamber family. The business celebrated its official membership with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking an exciting milestone for both the company and the community. The ceremony was met with enthusiasm as members showed their support for Creative 417’s growth and success in the area.

"It’s always a pleasure to see new businesses join our Chamber," she continued. "We’re excited to watch Creative 417 thrive in our community."

And of course, the event wouldn’t have been complete without a delicious meal. Sheila’s Place served up a mouthwatering spread of cashew chicken, which quickly became a crowd favorite.

"We’re so grateful to Sheila’s Place for providing such a wonderful lunch... The food was fantastic and helped make the event even more enjoyable for everyone."

Throughout the event, the room was filled with energy as members took the opportunity to network, share ideas, and forge new connections. The gathering was a reminder of the strength and spirit of the Chamber’s local business community.

"We’re so proud of the support we see at each networking event," Andrews said. "It’s truly inspiring to see everyone come together to support one another and help local businesses grow."

The Chamber looks forward to hosting more events like this in the future and continues to encourage local businesses to get involved and take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
