Marshfield Lady Jays softball team kicked off their season August 26 competing in the Halfway Tournament. The Lady Jays lost their first game of the tournament to Clinton 7-9. The came back in the second game against Reed Springs to win 6-1. Their final game of the tournament against Dixon the Lady Jays fell 1-4.
