Marshfield Area Community Foundation accepts requests for grants

Requests will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Monday, August 16 for the 2021 Marshfield Area Community Foundation(MACF) community grant making round. The organization awards grant money to area non-profit organizations to enhance the quality of life in the community. 

“Grant requests can be submitted online by any non-profit, school, faith-based organization or government entities in the Marshfield, Elkland, Niangua, Northview, Conway and Fair Grove area,” said Foundation Coordinator Kasey Mathews. 

The grant dollars come from community grant making endowments including: The Marshfield Area Community Grantmaking Endowment, Central Bank of the Ozarks Marshfield Area Community Development Fund, Kurt Mikal Luebbert Memorial Fund, Southern Missouri Bank of Marshfield - Ben H. Morgan Memorial Fund, James and Kimberly Clark Family Grant Fund, Donco 3 - Niangua Community Fund, Ellsworth and Betty Haymes Memorial Fund John and Anne Foster Family Fund, and the Fay King Fund.

To submit a request for a grant, visit www.grantinterface.com/Process/Apply?urlkey=cfozarksgrants and type Marshfield in the search bar. Grant requests are encouraged to be no more than $2,500.00 requests.

Applicants will be required to give a short presentation to the selection committee prior to recipients being selected. These presentations will take place on Thursday, August 19 and grants will be presented to recipients at the Boots, Bands, & BBQ event on Saturday, September 11th.
