Who says cats and tennis do not mix?
That was certainly the case when the Logan-Rogersville Wildcats Boys' tennis team took on the Forsyth Panthers on a brisk evening April 6.
The chilling Missouri air did not bother the players as the match started with duels that pinned two members from each school against each other. After three sets, the Wildcats took the lead with two wins in the duels.
It was then time for one-on-one sets. After the last ball was served, L-R came out of the match victorious with a score of 8-1, consisting of the duels and singles set wins.
The team then went up against Springfield Catholic on April 10. This match resulted in L-R falling with a final score of 4-5.
