The Cherry Blossom Festival Auxiliary (Cherry Blossom Travelers Group) recently traveled to Abilene, Kansas for the unveiling of the world's largest "I Like Ike" Button. During the visit the group enjoyed dinner with Mary Jean Eisenhower (granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower and Patron of the Cherry Blossom Festival), visited the graves of President Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower, enjoyed lunch at Legacy Kansas (formerly Brookville Hotel), visited the Russell Stover Factory and stopped in Wamego, Kansas to tour the Wizard of Oz Museum.
