Billie and Evelyn Cunningham, Fair Grove, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a cupcake and ice cream reception from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Fair Grove United Methodist Church, 83 E. Hickory, Fair Grove. Family and friends are invited. No gifts, please.

Billie Cunningham and Evelyn Gower, who were high school sweethearts, were married Nov. 26, 1957, in Lebanon by the Rev. Raymond Tracy. They said God and love are their secret to happiness. Billie was the Webster County Northern Commissioner for eight years. They are retired dairy farmers and lifelong residents of the area.

Hosts of the reception will be their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who include Ladona Roe, Lisha, Mikayla and Dylan Buckner, Lorinda Biggers, Tara and Madison Balven, Amanda, Jaxon and Jensen Joy, Lynette Blanks, Ethan and Rhianna Andrews.
