    TRUSTEE’S SALE - Default having been made in the payment of a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by James E. Wilson and Carrie C. Wilson, recorded June 23, 2014 in Book 2014, Page 2572, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Webster, State of Missouri, MTW Trustee Services, Inc., the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will on November 3, 2020 between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., to wit: at or about 1:00 p.m., at the East Front Door of the Webster County Courthouse, in the City of Marshfield and State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Webster, Missouri, to-wit:

Five acres in the Southwest Corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 32, Range 17, being 40 Rods North and South and 20 Rods East and West.  Subject to all rights-of-way, easements, restrictions and reservations of record.

for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
