Lion Club on celebrates 90th anniversary

Marshfield and Lebanon Lions Club members received a special visit on Dec. 12 from the International Director of the Lions Club, Justin Faber, to celebrate the two club’s 90th anniversary. Lebanon would have celebrated 90 years in 2020, but were unable to meet due to COVID. Faber was the guest speaker at the celebration. Debbie Cantrell of the Lebanon host club MC’d the event. The occasion was filled with accolades including the bestowment of four Melvin Jones Fellowships and the Marshfield Lions Club president, Tom Claxton, receiving the Lion of the Year recognition.
