Shipman and Ritz Poindexter dated December 5, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Webster County, Missouri as Book 2008 at Page 6604 and Re-Recorded on January 6, 2009 in Book 2009 at Page 58 and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded January 17, 2012 in Book 2012 at Page 191 and further modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded August 2, 2018 in Book 2018 at Page 3572 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 3:45 PM), at the East Front Door of the Court House, City of Marshfield, County of Webster, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Webster County, State of Missouri, to wit: LOT 10 OF THE FINAL PLAT OF CRESTWOOD PHASE IV, CITY OF MARSHFIELD, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI.
