PUBLIC HEARINGS
Public Hearings will be held at Nixa City Hall on Monday, May 6th, 2024 at 7 pm before the Nixa Planning and Zoning Commission concerning proposed amendments to the Nixa City Codes relating to Short Term Rentals.
Public Hearings will also be held at Nixa City Hall on Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 7pm and Monday, May 27th, 2024 at 7 pm before the Nixa City Council concerning the same request. The proposed amendment may be viewed at Nixa City Hall between Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Nixa City Hall is located at 715 W. Mt. Vernon St., Nixa, MO 65714.
