PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held at Nixa City Hall on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 7 pm before the Nixa Planning and Zoning Commission concerning a Annexation and Zoning for approximately 19 acres located at 1209 W Mt Vernon and approximately 9 acres located at 222 N Nicholas Rd.
Public Hearings will also be held at Nixa City Hall on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 6 pm and Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 6 pm before the Nixa City Council concerning the same request. The annexation application may be viewed at Nixa City Hall between Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Nixa City Hall is located at 715 W. Mt. Vernon St., Nixa, MO 65714.
