NOTICE OF SPECIALPOLICYHOLDERS MEETINGNotice is hereby given that the Board of Directors has called a meeting of the policyholders of the Old Missouri Mutual Insurance Company, Billings, Missouri. The meeting will be held at the company's home office, 118 SW Hi-way 60, MO 65610 on September 25, 2023, beginning at 8:00 o'clock A.M. The purpose for this meeting is for the policyholders to review and vote on recommendations by the Board of Directors relating to the plan of merger between Old Missouri Mutual Insurance Company and Polk County Mutual Insurance Company and any other business that will come before the meeting. The plan of merger states that Polk County Mutual will merge into Old Missouri Mutual, which will be the surviving corporation, and that Old Missouri Mutual will assume all liabilities, policies and assets of Polk County Mutual effective October 1, 2023. Policyholders of Polk County Mutual will become policyholders of Old Missouri Mutual. Policyholders may obtain a copy of the plan of merger by contacting the company. Rusty Dunning Secretary
