NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue and authority of an execution bearing Webster County Circuit Court Case No. 20WE-DR00169 issued on May 29, 2024, from the Circuit Clerk of Webster County, Missouri at Marshfield, returnable by me on August 29, 2024, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Webster County, Missouri, described as:

Subject to easements and valid prior liens, and I will on the 28th of August, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 in the forenoon and 5:00 in the afternoon of that day, commencing at 1:00 p.m. that day, at the East door of the Webster County Courthouse, located at 101 S. Crittenden, Marshfield, MO 657706, sell at public vendue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, interest in and to said real estate to satisfy said execution and costs.
