Invitation to Bid
Sealed bids for the construction of the City of Marshfield Planning Expansions - I-44 Steel Casing Bore & Sewer Components, located near I-44 Mile Marker 102.8 will be received by the City of Marshfield until 2:00 pm on April 17th, 2024.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Marshfield City Hall located at 798 South Marshall Street, Marshfield, Missouri 65706 Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 18, 2024 at 10:00 am at 798 South Marshall Street, Marshfield, Missouri 65706. Interested parties are invited to attend.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Prospective Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents from Great River Engineering, 2826 South Ingram Mill Rd., Springfield, Missouri 65804 starting on March 13th, 2024.
Printed or digital copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a nonrefundable fee of $75 for each set.
Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on USB Flash Drive will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Alternatively, a URL link can be provided to GRE's secure server for access to the Bidding Documents after the payment of the access fee.
Project Description
This project consists of the construction of approximately 500 linear feet of 24-inch gravity sewer, three manholes, jack & boring of a 450 linear foot 36-inch steel casing under MoDOT's Interstate 44 and other associated sewer improvements. Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on March 26th, 2024 at 1:00 pm at City of Marshfield City Hall 798 South Marshall Street Marshfield, Missouri, 65706. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
