NOTICE
To DENNIS L. WILLIAMS, SANDRA J. MCALLISTER, RICHARD MCGINNIS, DANNA MCGINNIS and all Unknown Defendants:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Cedar, Missouri, the general nature of which is a Petition for Quiet Title in and effects the real estate hereinafter described which is located in Cedar County, Missouri, legally described as follows:
The North 200 feet of the East 400 feet of the South 450 feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirty-four (34) North, Range Twenty-six (26) West of the 5th P.M., CEDAR County, Missouri.
Subject to water rights recorded in Book 166 at Page 55, Recorder's Office, Cedar County, Missouri, to-wit: The parties to this deed are having a well drilled at or near the center line of their adjoining properties, being at or near the South line of the above described tract of land on the West and at or near the North line of Grantor's land and are sharing the expenses and Grantors and Grantees as a part of the consideration for this deed agree that they and their heirs, successors and assigns shall always have water rights and the free use of water from said well and they and their heirs, successors an assigns, shall share expenses equally on future upkeep of said well.
The names of the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address for Plaintiffs' attorney is William Petrus, 830 W. Mt. Vernon St., Ste. 8, Nixa, MO 65714.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 20th day of September, 2023, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Cedar County Republican newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Cedar, State of Missouri.
