The State of Missouri to Defendants Jane Does and John Does, as residents and persons with interest as to any tangible personal property located at:
- 1215 S. Lillian Ave., Bolivar, MO 65613;
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Polk, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to abate a public nuisance created by the accumulation of unsightly, dangerous, or noxious personal property stored outside and located at the following addresses in the City of Bolivar, Missouri:
- 1215 S. Lillian Ave., Bolivar, MO 65613.
The lawsuit referenced in this Notice may affect your interest in any tangible personal property located at the addresses referenced in this Notice.
The case identification number, and the names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Plaintiff is Donald M. Brown, P.O. Box 117, Bolivar, MO 65613.
You are further notified that judgment by default will be rendered against you, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the date of first publication, or such longer time as the court may fix by order, with said date of first publication to be on the 27 day of MARCH, 2024.
