The State of Missouri to Respondent, Tanera M. Castonguay, you are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of the County of Dallas, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and the parties who are listed above. The property to be affected by this action is as follows: all personal property in Petitioner's possession;
1994 Chevrolet Cheyenne (VIN: 1GCDC14Z1RZ157293); and a 2004 Dodge Stratus (VIN: 1B3EL36XX4N250973).
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading, or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition, within 45 days after the 20th day of September, 2023, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
