The State of Missouri to the Respondent, Freddie A. Bennett, Jr.. You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of the County of Dallas, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is Dissolution of Marriage and which affects the following property: All of Lot (20) in the SHOUSE ADDITION to the City of Buffalo, Dallas County, Missouri. Also, beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 10, Township 26, Range 23, thence West 210 feet, thence South 315 feet, thence East 210 feet to the East boundary of Section 10, thence North along said boundary 315 feet to the point of beginning, all in Stone County, Missouri. ALSO, Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 26, Range 23, thence East 312 feet, thence South 208 feet, thence West 312 feet, thence North 208 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less, except that part deed to the State of Missouri for Highway M right of way. All personal property in Petitioner's name, and Petitioner's 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof, and the name and address of Attorney for Petitioner is Angela C. Umbarger, Box 379, Buffalo, Missouri.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading, or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition, within 45 days after the 10th day of April, 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
