You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court, Christian County, Missouri, by petition, the object and general nature of which is for the Motion to Modify and Petition for Declaration of Paternity and Order of Custody and Child Support by Defendant.
The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of Defendant's attorney is Cynthia R. Black, L.L.C., 103B S. Clay, Marshfield, Missouri 65706.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 6th day of September, 2023, an order granting custody may be rendered in favor of the Defendant.
